Dien Bien Province Advances DNA Identification for Martyrs' Remains, Tackles Green Agriculture and Investment Bottlenecks

In Dien Bien Province, located in northwestern Vietnam, efforts are steadily progressing towards the identification of martyrs' remains and regional development. Notably, in Quai To commune,遺骨 and artifacts discovered from two graves atop Pha Din Pass were handled with solemnity. These remains were meticulously managed by Lieutenant Colonels Đào Xuân Trường and Nguyễn Văn Ngọc, with local officials and military personnel present showing deep respect. This is part of a broader initiative by Dien Bien Province to hand over 668 sets of martyrs' remains for DNA identification. For regional development, the urgent need to find scientific solutions for achieving green agriculture goals is evident. Discussions are also underway on specific measures to resolve investment bottlenecks and promote the utilization of regional resources. In addressing these challenges, the province is collaborating with relevant agencies, including the Ministry of National Defence, and offering encouragement to soldiers involved in the collection and identification of martyrs' remains. Dien Bien Province is clearly demonstrating its commitment to respecting its historical heritage while pursuing sustainable economic growth and improving the lives of its residents.
