ICC Allows Prior Testimony of Witness in Duterte Case
The International Criminal Court (ICC) has partially allowed prosecutors to introduce the prior recorded testimony of a witness in the trial of former president Rodrigo Duterte for crimes against humanity of murder. The court ruled this would not prejudice the fairness of the proceedings, though some associated evidence was rejected.
