Urban Poor Mark Ninoy Aquino Day in Bacolod, Call for Peace and Justice

Close to 100 members of the Federation of Urban Poor (FedUP) gathered in Bacolod City to commemorate the 43rd death anniversary of former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr. Waving Philippine flags and yellow ribbons, they laid flowers at his statue, calling for peace and justice.
