It is known that the said American citizen Adam Michael Castillo was the defendant in a case filed and prosecuted on June 8, 2026, under Section 409 of the Penal Code at the Bahan Township Police Station (P) 69/2026 for violating and infringing upon the restrictive directives stipulated in the bylaws of The American Chamber of Commerce in Myanmar.
