Pyithu Hluttaw: Fifth day meeting held in Nay Pyi Taw

The fifth day of the third regular meeting of the Third Pyithu Hluttaw took place at the Hluttaw Building in Nay Pyi Taw on Friday. Pyithu Hluttaw Speaker U Khin Yi attended the meeting together with Deputy Speaker U Maung Maung Ohn and Hluttaw representatives. During the meeting, Hluttaw Representatives raised questions on expansion of Mandalay-Myitkyina air lines along with the control of illegal air ticket sales, purchasing of fuel for farm machinery and construction of parking lot and bridge and road upgrading . The questions also included the construction of staff housings in Chaung-U Township, expansion of a new ward for low-cost housing in Chan Mya Thazi Township, construction of staff housing at the township fire station in Pauk Khaung Township in Pyay, naming of a village within Taw Seint Village-tract in Salin Township, land use plans in Kyawe Te Village-tract of Pakokku, construction of detour road in Naungcho, upgrading of road in Man Aung , Zeekone, Kyon Pyaw and Tanai Townships, and building of Myitmakha Creek Crossing Bridge. Concerned officials responded the questions. The 6th day of the third regular meeting of the third Pyithu Hluttaw is scheduled to be held on September 28th.
