The CdM and KOI delegations also reviewed the organizational readiness and conducted direct inspections of several facilities to be used by the Indonesian team. Chef de Mission of the Indonesian Team, Todotua Pasaribu, emphasized that this initial visit is a crucial foundation for preparing all contingent needs in detail, allowing Indonesian athletes to compete with full focus. "We have directly inspected the readiness of several competition venues, ensured the eligibility of the athlete village, and discussed the flow of logistics and medical support on the ground," he explained. "From a series of coordination with the Aichi-Nagoya organizing committee (AINAGOC) and local authorities, we confirm that Indonesia is not only ready to participate but is prepared to minimize all potential non-technical obstacles. We are trying to prepare everything as meticulously as possible from now on to achieve zero mistakes upon the contingent's arrival. We want to ensure that when the athletes set foot in Japan in September, they only need to think about one thing: giving their best performance for the Red and White," said Todotua.
