Pol. Gen. Sarang appointed as 16th National Police Chief

The Royal Thai Police selection committee unanimously approved Pol. Gen. Sarang Nuanma, current Deputy Commissioner-General, as the 16th Commissioner-General. The selection was based on seniority, capability, and experience, as stipulated by law, following a prime ministerial nomination. Emphasis was placed on maintaining organizational unity.
