LTFRB Opens Motorcycle Taxi Platform Bids Amid Rider Cap Review

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has opened accreditation for motorcycle taxi platforms as it reviews rider cap allocations. LTFRB Chairman Vigor D.
