Lookout Order Sought for 13 Individuals, Including 9 Customs Officers, in Smuggling Case

The Bureau of Customs has requested an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) against 13 individuals, including nine customs officers, suspected of involvement in the smuggling of onions and carrots worth P17.5 million. This action follows the discovery of misdeclared agricultural products and the lack of mandatory import clearances.
