Cambodian Ministry of Information Visits Former Veteran Official, Lauds Contributions
A delegation from Cambodia's Ministry of Information visited former Secretary of State Thach Phan to express gratitude for his long-standing contributions to the information and broadcasting sector. The visit highlights respect and appreciation for retired officials.
A delegation from the Ministry of Information of Cambodia paid a visit to the residence of Mr. Thach Phan, former Secretary of State, on July 28, 2026, to inquire about his well-being. The visit was led by Mrs. Thuy Serey Rothna Netrakantra, Honorary President of the Cambodian Women's Association for Peace and Development and Minister of Information, on behalf of H.E. Net Phak Tra. Accompanying her were H.E. Son Marada, Secretary of State and member of the association, along with several vice presidents, members, and secretariat staff of the association. During the meeting, Mrs. Thuy Serey Rothna Netrakantra conveyed the regards of Minister Net Phak Tra and expressed gratitude for Mr. Thach Phan's significant contributions to the development of Cambodia's information and broadcasting sector. The Minister and the Ministry's leadership stated that they always remember Mr. Thach Phan's long-standing dedication. It was emphasized that this visit not only demonstrates deep sentiment but also shows high attention and profound gratitude towards former public officials and leaders who have served the nation with sincerity.
