The GEIP-AF project actively implements five key components: School-Based Management (SBM) strengthening, improvement of teaching and learning quality, enhancement of infrastructure and learning environment, strengthening of assessment and quality assurance systems, and emergency response and resilience. During the ceremony, the Deputy Prime Minister offered key recommendations to the trainees and all stakeholders. He urged participants to dedicate themselves to their studies with a strong sense of responsibility to ensure future success. He also emphasized the importance of maintaining a spirit of cooperation, mutual support, and continuously strengthening the culture of lifelong learning to adapt to the evolving digital society. He stressed that knowledge gained will only bear fruit if put into practice, and therefore, all trainees are expected to effectively apply their acquired knowledge and skills in their respective school duties. For this opening ceremony, a total of 2,061 new learners participated. This includes 576 students (129 females) in the BA LUP program and 1,485 students (801 females) in the BA TUP program, specializing in Khmer Literature, History, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Additionally, 1,487 students (882 females) in the BA TUP2 program and 545 students (167 females) in the BA LUP2 program have successfully completed their studies and are expected to receive their degrees soon.
