AI Summary

Vietnam's Nam An Aesthetic Hospital has received the 'Asian Quality 2026' award. The hospital attributes its success to strategic investments in infrastructure, equipment, specialized teams, and operational systems, aiming to build a professional, customer-centric aesthetic environment.

Nam An Aesthetic Hospital has been honored with the 'Asian Quality 2026' award at the Vietnam - Asia Economic Cooperation Forum 2026 held in Ho Chi Minh City on July 26. CEO Nguyen Thi Nhu Lan stated that the title is a recognition of the collective efforts of the hospital's staff in building a professional, customer-centric aesthetic environment. She added that this honor further strengthens their commitment to pursuing the philosophy of 'benevolent aesthetics,' prioritizing customer safety, transparency, and trust. The award, organized by the Service Enterprise Quality Assessment Institute and other entities, is based on criteria such as brand reputation in Vietnam and Asia, product and service quality, competitiveness, sustainable development strategy, legal compliance, and community responsibility. Established in 2017, Nam An Aesthetic Hospital currently employs over 300 staff and serves more than 20,000 clients. Hospital representatives indicated that this award reflects the unit's correct strategic investment in its specialized team, facilities, operational system, and management processes to standardize all stages, from consultation to post-operative care. Dr. Do Quang Khai, the hospital's professional director, pointed out that aesthetic results are merely the final outcome of the treatment process. The quality of a service encompasses the entire customer journey, from initial consultation and health assessment to selecting the appropriate method and post-operative care. To ensure smooth recovery, the hospital has standardized pre-aesthetic screening, applied minimally invasive techniques, and ensured close post-operative follow-up. Dr. Khai emphasized that 'same-day discharge' does not mean rushing the procedure but rather 'doing it right from the start.' As part of its development strategy, the hospital continuously updates and transfers advanced machinery for surgery and skincare, including the Ignite RF skin tightening machine, Micro Air and Ultraz fat suction machines, vital sign monitoring systems, Drager anesthesia machines, and Zeus 400 electrosurgical units. It also houses numerous skin rejuvenation devices such as Thermage FLX, Ultherapy Prime, and Visia skin analyzers. The leadership team is also upgrading its facilities to enhance service quality. In the future, the hospital plans to launch Nam An Lounge, offering relaxation and care packages like head spa, therapeutic massage, and nail care alongside aesthetic solutions. Furthermore, the unit places significant emphasis on human resource development. The medical team regularly participates in international professional conferences like ISAPS, AMWC, EADV, and PARS to stay abreast of advancements in aesthetics. Weekly internal training sessions, featuring scientific reports, new specialized topics, and clinical case discussions, aim to strengthen the capabilities of its doctors, nurses, and staff. Thanks to these strategies, Nam An Aesthetic Hospital ranked among the top aesthetic hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City's Department of Health quality assessment in 2024. Last year, the unit was honored as 'Top 10 ASEAN Quality Hospitals 2025' and received the 'Aesthetic Hospital of the Year' title from Global Health Asia Pacific magazine. CEO Nhu Lan reiterated, 'An award can recognize efforts over a period, but what we wish to preserve daily is our customers' trust. The philosophy of 'benevolent aesthetics' will continue to be our guiding principle in enhancing service quality and customer experience.'
