Under the agreement, the studio will have access to a funding line of up to $12 million to support its global market expansion. The capital infusion is intended to help Skylink Studio scale its UA campaigns, optimize the commercial performance of its current game releases, and invest in new game titles. In the highly competitive mobile gaming sector, where continuous reinvestment is crucial for player acquisition and expansion, growth funding plays a vital role. According to Skylink Studio representatives, the partnership with PvX Partners provides the company with additional financial flexibility to expand its UA activities, moving beyond reliance solely on internal capital. This allows for strategic allocation of funds based on the performance of individual products, enabling increased investment in games with strong international market potential. This is particularly significant for mid-to-small-sized game studios that often require substantial capital for market entry. Established in 2022, Skylink Studio is part of the Skylink Group ecosystem, focusing on developing puzzle-casual and classic mobile games. The studio highlights that its team comprises experienced professionals in the mobile gaming sector, with a clear direction toward developing products for international audiences. PvX Partners, founded in 2024, is a financial platform that provides growth capital to gaming companies and consumer apps. PvX states that its funding mechanism allows companies to expand UA without equity dilution, with repayments tied to the revenue generated by the funded user groups. The company also offers PvX Lambda, a machine learning platform for analyzing data and forecasting UA campaign effectiveness.
