Ca Mau Steps Up 100-Day Digital Transformation Campaign

Ca Mau Province in southern Vietnam is intensifying a 100-day campaign aimed at promoting digital transformation within the community. The initiative's primary goals are to streamline administrative services and expand the provision of digital services to residents. During the campaign period, Ca Mau Province is focusing on enhancing the digital literacy of civil servants. This is expected to accelerate and improve the quality of administrative procedures. Furthermore, efforts are underway to improve and expand digital platforms, making it easier for residents to access administrative services online. The introduction of digital technology is also seen as a catalyst for revitalizing the local economy. Particularly in the agricultural sector, the adoption of scientific and technological advancements and digital transformation is providing a significant impetus for transitioning towards modern production methods, in line with Politburo Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022. Digital models are creating more opportunities for businesses, household enterprises, and small traders to access information, adopt new payment methods, connect with partners, and expand their markets. This aims to strengthen the competitiveness and foster sustainable growth of the local economy.
