The Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport has issued a message to candidates for the upcoming Baccalaureate (high school exit) examinations, urging them to build self-confidence and increase their motivation. "Time is drawing near. Believe in yourselves and add more effort. You will surely succeed!" the ministry stated. According to the ministry, the examinations, scheduled to commence on August 10, 2026, will involve a two-day written test from August 10-11, followed by grading from August 13 to 19. Computerized scoring and verification will take place from August 20 to 30, with the printing of examination results on September 1. The final results are slated for announcement on September 2 at examination centers across all 25 provinces and cities nationwide. To facilitate candidates in checking their examination details, the ministry will post candidate lists twice. The first posting on August 3 will allow candidates to check their names at examination centers. The second posting on August 9 at examination centers will enable candidates to re-verify their names, examination centers, room numbers, and seat numbers. Furthermore, starting August 1, the ministry will publish an alphabetical list of candidates on its official website and social media channels to help candidates search for their names and examination centers in advance. A total of 151,238 candidates, including 84,735 females, have registered for the August 10, 2026 Baccalaureate examinations. Of these, 37,445 candidates (22,193 females) are in the science stream, and 113,793 candidates (62,542 females) are in the social science stream.
