Woman, 2 kids found dead in abandoned car in Bulacan

A 31-year-old woman and her two children, aged four and nine, were found dead inside a car in a secluded area in San Rafael, Bulacan. A firearm and bullet shells were recovered from the vehicle, and police are investigating the incident as a shooting.
