Myanmar-Japan Business Forum was held in Yangon on Wednesday. The event was organized by the Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Organization. The forum brought entrepreneurs from four religious groups, along with central executive members. Kyaw Zin Latt,,Central Vice Chairman,,Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Organization (Hindu) said " With 50 entrepreneurs each from four religious groups, a total of 200 representatives as well as the central executive committee members and those from regions and states meet with the entrepreneurs from Japan. It aims to support economic progress of the nation." Khant Zaw Aung, General Secretary, Myanmar Fishery Products Processors & Exporters Association said " We export most of the marine products from Myanmar to Japan. We hope to accelerate the cooperation with Japanese entrepreneurs for sustainable development of Myanmar’s economy." The forum aims to strengthen cooperation between Myanmar and Japanese entrepreneurs and support Myanmar’s economic progress. Dr. Tuu Tuu, Central Vice Chairman, Myanmar Interfaith Dialogue Organization (Christianity) said " The event aims to broaden networking among the Myanmar and Japanese entrepreneurs and to promote foreign investment in the country. It will also contribute to the employment opportunities for local community. It also helps the country to earn more foreign currency with the increased economic activity in the global stage." The forum highlighted the importance of interfaith unity and international cooperation in driving Myanmar’s economic growth and expanding global partnerships.
