His Excellency the Secretary of State emphasized that the Stueng Chinit Irrigation System modernization project was constructed with the objectives of increasing the efficiency of agricultural irrigation and mitigating floodwaters during the rainy season, in response to climate change. Concurrently, the delegation from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) highly praised and expressed satisfaction with the fruitful results of the mission and the progress achieved, which will significantly contribute to improving the livelihoods and bringing numerous benefits to the farmers in the region.
