Quezon City police have recovered a stolen 2024 Mitsubishi Montero in Mandaluyong City, following a victim's complaint regarding a breach in a mortgage deal. The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) reported that its District Anti-Carnapping Unit received the victim's complaint on September 17 and subsequently located and seized the vehicle.
