Police from the Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Department have raided a guesthouse named 'Radi' in Phnom Penh, detaining several men and women for questioning and further legal procedures. The operation took place at approximately 11:30 PM on September 3, 2026, at the 'Radi' guesthouse, located along a concrete road near the 'Kemal' supermarket in Cham Chao 1st Village, Po Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh. The raid was led by Major General Pak Yoolang, Deputy Director of the Department for the Protection of Minors and Combating Human Trafficking, with the coordination of Mr. Tong Rotana, Deputy Prosecutor at the Phnom Penh Municipal Court. Following the operation, the detained individuals were transferred to the National Police Headquarters for interrogation and information gathering before further legal action is taken. Authorities have not yet officially disclosed the identities of those detained or the detailed outcomes of the interrogations and any potential charges.
