The Cambodian government is initiating a feasibility study to redevelop the former Phnom Penh International Airport, commonly known as Pochentong, into a regional logistics hub. Prime Minister Hun Manet announced this initiative on July 7 during the inauguration of an upgraded section of National Road 7 in Kampong Cham province, emphasizing the logistics sector as a key driver of Cambodia's economic growth.
