According to reports from MGR Online (Regional), the price of land has more than sextupled through multiple resales. Specifically, land that was once traded at 250,000 baht (approximately 7,000 USD) per rai (about 1,600 square meters) is now reportedly fetching prices exceeding 1.5 million baht (approximately 42,000 USD). This rapid price increase suggests a heating up of the real estate market in the region and the possibility of active speculative trading. The Bang Khla district also benefits from relatively good access to Bangkok and is an area where infrastructure development and urban expansion are anticipated.
