Former Bac Giang Leaders Receive Official Warnings for Party Violations

The Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission considered and decided disciplinary measures for several Party members with wrongdoings in the Party organisations of Quang Ninh and Bac Ninh during its six session in Hanoi on May 8 and 20. Resolution 05 introduces a number of breakthrough viewpoints, positioning inspection and supervision as one of the Party’s most critical leadership functions. It is defined as a mechanism for self-correction and self-improvement, a key tool to control power and uphold Party discipline and order, ensuring that the Party’s guidelines are implemented rigorously and effectively in practice. The Politburo issued a warning against the Standing Board of the Thanh Hoa Party Committee for the 2020-2025 tenure (up to September 2024) for violating regulations.
