Quang Tri Coastal Road Project Accelerates Land Clearance to Meet Deadline

Quang Tri Province is accelerating the construction of its coastal road project, a strategic development axis. Specifically, Component 1 of the coastal road project, including the Nhat Le 3 bridge, is in its final stages, aiming for completion within the year. However, "bottlenecks" in land acquisition have been hindering the project's progress. The Provincial People's Committee has directed that these issues be resolved decisively to ensure the remaining land is handed over promptly for the project. This coastal road is expected to play a crucial role in Quang Tri Province's economic development. The province aims to promote coastal area development, improve logistics efficiency, develop tourism resources, and revitalize the regional economy. Delays in land acquisition could directly lead to delays in achieving these goals, prompting authorities to show strong determination for early resolution. Quang Tri Province has been focusing on economic growth and infrastructure development in recent years, with this coastal road project being part of that effort. The province is also promoting a broader development plan to foster three economic corridors and seven growth poles, with the coastal road serving as a core infrastructure.
