Ex-House Speaker Velasco has not returned to PH, BI confirms
The Bureau of Immigration (BI) confirmed that former House Speaker Lord Allan Velasco has not returned to the Philippines from abroad. He is currently a subject of investigation for alleged corruption, and no legal impediments prevented his departure.
