Vietnam's Public Security Ministry Awards Top Medal to Foreign Intelligence Department

Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security awarded the First-Class War Exploit Order to the Foreign Intelligence Department (Cục Ngoại tuyến) on its 65th anniversary. The department is set to enhance international cooperation and remote security maintenance under the concept of 'proactive security' to adapt to the new era of national security.
