Vietnamese Police Roll Out '5 Exemplary Role Models' Initiative for Leadership

Quang Ninh Provincial Police in Vietnam have launched the '5 Exemplary Role Models' model for leaders and commanders to enhance exemplary conduct. This initiative, based on five criteria including discipline, responsibility, service spirit, conduct, and learning/self-reflection, aims to improve discipline and morale across the police force.
