Cambodia to Offer Over 35,000 Job Opportunities at National Job and Productivity Fair

The National Employment Agency (NEA) under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training will present over 35,000 job opportunities from more than 150 major companies, factories, and enterprises to job seekers at the upcoming 16th National Job and Productivity Fair. The fair is scheduled to take place for two days, September 12-13, 2026, at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center. NEA organizes the National Job and Productivity Fair annually to create a platform connecting job seekers with employers. Speaking at a press conference on September 1, 2026, Sun Messa, spokesperson for the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, stated that 150 companies will participate in this year's fair, offering a total of over 35,000 job opportunities. These opportunities span various sectors, including finance, banking, microfinance, insurance, information technology, construction, the automotive industry, manufacturing, garment factories, and other institutions requiring a workforce. Messa urged high school graduates and job seekers to attend the fair in large numbers to understand job opportunities, skills in demand by the market, and to meet directly with employers. He also expressed his expectation that this year's fair will attract approximately 150,000 participants, including both those attending in person and online. The fair is anticipated to serve as a significant platform to facilitate the meeting between those seeking employment and employers, and to help youth and job seekers gain clearer information about Cambodia's labor market.
