National Bank of Cambodia Orders Liquidation of Three Banks

The National Bank of Cambodia (NBC) has announced the revocation of licenses and liquidation for three banks: CCU Commercial Bank, Heng Feng Bank, and HH Bank, effective August 1, 2026. This measure is intended to ensure the overall stability and soundness of Cambodia's financial system. According to the NBC, these banks are understood to have had issues with complying with financial regulations and maintaining capital requirements.
