Humanica Backs Young Innovators in HR Tech Idea Competition

Humanica, a Thai human resource technology (HR tech) company, is supporting an idea competition for young talent aimed at developing next-generation human resource management solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI). This initiative seeks to foster innovative ideas for future people management. By integrating AI technology into HR processes, Humanica aims to build more efficient and effective systems for talent development, recruitment, and evaluation. The competition is expected to serve as a platform to tap into the creativity and technical capabilities of Thailand's younger generation, exploring new possibilities in the HR tech field. Participants can propose ideas on a wide range of themes, including AI-driven recruitment platforms, employee engagement enhancement tools, and personalized learning and development programs. Humanica has also indicated the possibility of providing mentorship and financial support for selected ideas to help them move towards commercialization.
