Areas including Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, the Dangrek mountain range, and the Cardamom Mountains will experience rain with thunderstorms and gusty winds, covering 40% of the land area. 3. Coastal Areas: Minimum temperature of 25°C and a maximum of 34°C. Winds from the southwest and southeast will blow at an average speed of 10 meters per second. Coastal provinces including Koh Kong, Preah Sihanouk, Kampot, Kep, and the Bokor mountain range will experience rain with thunderstorms and gusty winds, covering 50% of the land area.
