Dat Phuoc, a prominent real estate developer in southern Vietnam, held a groundbreaking ceremony on September 13 for its Serena Riverside development project, with a total investment of VND 1.175 trillion (approximately USD 46 million). This marks the company's second development in Binh Duong province, strategically located with excellent connectivity to Ho Chi Minh City. The project is situated on Vinh Phu 29 street in Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An city, Binh Duong province, adjacent to the Binh Duong Avenue. Spanning nearly 6,000 square meters, it will comprise 622 units, including apartments, officetels, and shophouses. Apartments will range from 43 to 125 square meters, offering 1 to 3 bedrooms. The developer aims to hand over the properties to customers in the fourth quarter of 2028. Building on the success of its first project, The Rivana, which commenced construction in 2021 and was handed over ahead of schedule despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Dat Phuoc is advancing the Serena Riverside development. The project will feature a "Home Resort" concept, with landscape design by ONG&ONG, aiming to integrate with the natural surroundings. In Vietnam's real estate market, trustworthiness is increasingly recognized as a competitive advantage. Dat Phuoc is reinforcing its reputation through practical execution capabilities and partnerships. Serena Riverside is expected to contribute to the economic vitality of the region, serving as a convenient gateway to the northeastern part of Ho Chi Minh City for commuters and students. Within Vietnam's one-party system, government-led urban development and infrastructure improvements are key drivers of real estate market growth. Areas surrounding Ho Chi Minh City, such as Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces, are experiencing rising housing demand due to the concentration of industrial parks and the development of transportation networks. Developers like Dat Phuoc are capitalizing on these market trends by launching projects that cater to diverse needs.
