Discoverer of 800-Year-Old Monkey God Statue Honored in Vietnam

A man in Vietnam's Quang Ngai province was awarded a commendation letter and over 3.5 million VND in reward money by the provincial chairman for discovering and handing over an 800-year-old statue of the monkey god Hanuman. The statue, influenced by Cham and Khmer art, was recognized for its contribution to cultural heritage preservation.
