Phnom Penh Authorities Round Up 11 Homeless Individuals for Rehabilitation
Phnom Penh's Chamchao 3rd Sangkat in Por Sen Chey District, in cooperation with the Municipal Department of Social Affairs, has rounded up 11 homeless individuals causing public disorder. They will be taken to a rehabilitation center for education and support.
