Rach Doi Bridge Replacement Project Near HCMC Valued at VND 3.2 Trillion

A project to replace the Rach Doi Bridge, a key transportation infrastructure connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh Province in southern Vietnam, is on the horizon. This large-scale initiative is projected to be implemented with a budget of approximately VND 3.2 trillion (around USD 130 million). The bridge replacement is expected to significantly contribute to the revitalization of the regional economy and the efficiency of logistics. Specifically, it aims to facilitate smoother movement of people and goods between Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh Province, thereby strengthening cooperation between the two regions. In Vietnam, infrastructure development has become an urgent issue alongside rapid economic growth, and this project is positioned as part of that effort. Under the one-party system led by the Communist Party of Vietnam, maintaining economic growth and improving the lives of citizens are among the top priorities, with infrastructure investment being a crucial tool for that purpose.
