Arthaland's Liv North Tower Reaches 50% Sales Mark

MANILA, Philippines — Property developer Arthaland Corp. has sold about half of the units in the first tower of its Liv residential development in Quezon City, giving the property developer an early boost for a project expected to generate P14.1 billion in sales. Joyce Anne Bonagua, Arthaland’s head of project development, said Liv North, the first of two towers in the development, has reached a 50-percent take-up rate, equivalent to about P4.5 billion in sales. The company has sold roughly half of the available inventory as it expands its mid-market residential portfolio in Quezon City. Meanwhile, the first tower will generate P9 billion in sales, bringing the total for both towers to P14.1 billion. Arthaland is supporting the project’s sales push with the opening of the Arthaland Gallery at Quezon City, located at the corner of Rajah Matanda Street and Katipunan Avenue. The gallery, about three kilometers from the project site, features a scale model of Liv, unit finishes and fully furnished Studio and One-bedroom model units. “The Arthaland Gallery experience gives visitors a feel for Liv even before completion,” said Kiesha Silayan, Arthaland marketing strategy division manager. Silayan said the space would allow prospective buyers to experience the units and lifestyle envisioned for the project as Arthaland expands its presence in Quezon City. Arthaland is building Liv on a 3,741-square-meter property in Katipunan. Liv North will offer Studio, One-bedroom and two-bedroom units ranging from about 24 to 70 square meters. The development has dual access to Katipunan Avenue and Esteban Abada Street. A dedicated bridgeway will also connect Liv directly to Ateneo de Manila University’s Gate 1. Likewise, Arthaland is targeting LEED, WELL, EDGE and BERDE sustainability certifications for Liv. The development’s design will deliver at least 20-percent energy and water savings. Amenities will include a swimming pool, gym, function room, multi-purpose court, landscaped parks, Potager Garden and collaborative spaces. Liv North is targeting turnover in July 2031. /pai
