Overall, the weather is expected to be dominated by sunny to cloudy conditions across the Greater Jakarta area. However, localized rain remains a possibility in several buffer zones surrounding Jakarta. For Jakarta itself, the forecast indicates generally sunny weather with temperatures anticipated to range between 26-33 degrees Celsius. This stable weather pattern is expected to allow community activities within the capital to proceed smoothly. Central Jakarta, West Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, North Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands are all predicted to experience sunny to cloudy conditions, with limited potential for rain within the city limits. In Bogor, the weather may shift from sunny to cloudy, with the potential for localized rain, particularly as cloud development increases in the afternoon and evening. Air temperatures are expected to be between 23-34 degrees Celsius. Depok is also predicted to have sunny to cloudy weather, with temperatures potentially reaching around 36 degrees Celsius during the day, though short, localized showers are still possible. In Tangerang, sunny to cloudy conditions are forecast, with temperatures ranging from 25-35 degrees Celsius. Localized rain is still a possibility, especially in the afternoon or evening. Bekasi is also expected to be sunny to cloudy, with temperatures between 25-34 degrees Celsius. While the general trend is sunny, residents are advised to be aware of potential localized rainfall. BMKG had previously warned that the period from September 21 to 24, 2026, holds the potential for an increase in moderate intensity rainfall in West Java. Additionally, West Java is identified as a region that needs to be vigilant about the possibility of strong winds. Residents active outdoors, especially in the Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi areas, are advised to carry rain anticipation equipment. Given the relatively high daytime temperatures, the public is also urged to maintain adequate hydration and limit direct exposure to sunlight.
