The Cambodian Veterans and Retirees Association has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Veterans Association of China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to strengthen business cooperation between the two countries. The signing ceremony took place on July 23, 2026, at the Fairfield by Marriott Hotel in Phnom Penh. His Excellency Kun Kim, Deputy Prime Minister, Vice Chairman, and Secretary-General of the Cambodian Veterans and Retirees Association, representing His Excellency Samdech Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate and President of the Association, signed the MOU. The memorandum aims to further deepen friendly relations between the veterans' associations of both nations, continue mutual support, and promote the development of the veterans' sector in both countries.
