The EPD identified the arrested suspects by the aliases “Ahorn,” 27; “Don-don,” 52; “Oryong,” 21; “Ric,” 42; and “Beshir,” 43. An iPad Pro, a Victorinox wristwatch, a 9mm pistol with two magazines and 19 ammunitions; four improvised firearms; five Android phones; a black sling bag; plastic cable ties; duct tape; five black balaclava masks; several identification cards; a wire cutter; and three copies of the allegedly falsified arrest warrants from the suspects, the police added. All five arrested suspects were taken into police custody, awaiting charges for robbery with violence against or intimidation of persons; usurpation of authority; slight illegal detention; falsification of public documents; and violation of Republic Act No. 10591 or the Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
