Wink Hotels Enhances Guest Experience with 24/7 'Stay24' Model
Wink Hotels is promoting its 'Stay24' model on its Brand Day, July 24, offering flexible 24-hour stays from check-in and free accommodation. The initiative highlights its customer-centric service philosophy.
Wink Hotels is designating July 24 as its "Brand Day" to promote its "Stay24" model, allowing guests to stay for a full 24 hours from their check-in time. On this day, the hotel chain will host a series of experiential activities, centered at Wink Saigon Centre, including DJ parties, pajama parties, a noodle-making experience with a chef, and an early morning exercise class. Some activities will also be held concurrently at Wink Tuy Hoa Beach and Wink Hai Phong Centre. These events are open to the public, with specific schedules to be updated on each hotel's social media channels prior to the date. The hotel's amenities, such as its gym, bar, self-service laundromat, and Grab & Go convenience store, operate 24/7. Notably, on July 24, Wink Hotels will offer a complimentary night's stay for guests who book directly via hotline or email. This free night can be used consecutively with the booked stay, subject to program terms and conditions. Wink Hotels is also sending a "broken" watch to its close friends, not due to a technical fault, but as a message that "at Wink, no one needs to worry about the time." Michael Piro, General Manager of Wink Unscripted by Hyatt, stated that joining Hyatt's "Unscripted" collection is a continuation of the brand's philosophy since its inception: hotels should adapt to customer needs. He emphasized that the "Stay24" model is maintained as an operational principle, not just a communication message. "Instead of making our guests revolve around fixed check-in and check-out times, we choose to give them full control over their own time," he said. The "Stay24" program provides a 24-hour accommodation service regardless of the guest's check-in time. Wink Unscripted by Hyatt is a lifestyle hotel brand developed by Indochina Kajima, a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation. The brand currently operates six hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Phu Yen, Can Tho, and Hai Phong, with plans to open Wink Hanoi Westlake in April 2027. These hotels are designed with a focus on minimalist design, sustainable operations, and technology integration, with the "Stay24" model and 24/7 facilities being key highlights of the accommodation experience. Unscripted by Hyatt is a collection of lifestyle hotels by Hyatt, targeting travelers who enjoy flexible and personalized experiences. Hotels in this collection are positioned as boutique properties, encouraging guests to freely explore their destinations and enjoy their journeys in their own way.
