Typhoon No. 4 Hits Northern Vietnam, Coastal Areas on High Alert

Typhoon No. 4 is moving north off the coast of northern Vietnam, bringing strong winds of up to level 10 to the coastal areas of Quang Ninh and Hai Phong. There are concerns about damage to vessels and coastal facilities, as well as risks of floods and landslides due to heavy rainfall inland.
