Habagat to bring rains in Luzon; fair weather over Visayas, Mindanao

The southwest monsoon, or habagat, is expected to bring rains to parts of Luzon on Saturday, while generally fair weather conditions are anticipated over the Visayas and Mindanao, according to the state weather bureau.
