Sar Sokha PhD Scholarships Awarded for 45 Students at Human Resources University

A scholarship program named 'Dr. Sar Sokha Scholarship' has been announced in Cambodia, offering opportunities for 45 students to study at the Human Resources University. This initiative is sponsored and supported by Dr. Sar Sokha and his wife, Ke Suon Sophi. Dr. Sar Sokha himself received a scholarship from the Human Resources University, which he is now using to provide opportunities for students nationwide for the 2026-2027 academic year. Among the 45 scholarships, 35 are for Bachelor's degree programs and 10 are for Associate's degree programs, aiming to give more students a chance to pursue higher education. Eligibility for application is open to students across the country. Priority will be given to students who have participated in social work activities or are facing financial hardship. These applicants must provide supporting documents such as certificates of appreciation for social work or a poverty certificate issued by the authorities. All required documents must be uploaded through the 'Dr. Sar Sokha Scholarship' mobile application, and applicants must adhere to the terms of the study contract outlined within the app. For academic qualifications, candidates for the Bachelor's degree must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. For the Associate's degree, a high school diploma is required. Students who have just taken or failed the 2026 high school exit exam can also apply by submitting their results published by the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sport.
