It is known that on this day (September 11) in the afternoon, at the Prime Minister's Office of Cambodia, officials from both Myanmar and Cambodia signed and exchanged four Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) in the presence of Myanmar's Head of State U Min Aung Hlaing and Cambodia's Prime Minister Samdech Hun Manet. U Min Aung Hlaing, the Head of State, who is on a state visit to Cambodia at the invitation of the King of Cambodia, attended the Myanmar-Cambodia signing ceremony held at the Prime Minister's Office of Cambodia, along with Samdech Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of Cambodia. At the Myanmar-Cambodia signing ceremony, Union Ministers U Tin Maung Swe, Dr. Kan Zaw, U Maung Myint, who accompanied the Head of State on this trip, Mandalay Region Chief Minister U Myo Aung, Mon State Chief Minister U Aung Win Than, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services, deputy ministers, and responsible officials attended, along with Cambodian government officials accompanying the Cambodian Prime Minister.
