Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a working session on July 15 with the Standing Board of the Tuyen Quang Party Committee to discuss the province's socio-economic development, its double-digit growth target, public investment disbursement, the operation of the two-tier local government model, and the implementation of Politburo Resolution No. 57, alongside measures to address local challenges.
