Battambang Province Commemorates 33rd Constitution Day

Battambang Province, Cambodia, on September 25, 2026, solemnly celebrated the 33rd anniversary of the promulgation of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia. This commemorative day marks the historical occasion on September 24, 1993, when the Constitution was officially enacted by Royal Decree by His Majesty the King, following its adoption by the National Constituent Assembly, embodying the collective will of the Cambodian people. The ceremony was presided over by provincial leaders, including H.E. Ouk Ry and H.E. Sok Lu, the Governor of Battambang Province.
