Vietnam to Host 2026 GBA Oktoberfest, German Businesses Collaborate

On the afternoon of September 10, in Hanoi, the German Business Association in Vietnam (GBA), in coordination with the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam) and JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel, held a press conference to announce the GBA Oktoberfest Vietnam 2026 event series. This event aims to introduce the traditional Bavarian beer festival to Vietnam and is expected to be one of the largest in Southeast Asia. GBA is a key organization promoting the activities of German companies in Vietnam, while AHK Vietnam supports strengthening trade and investment relations between the two countries. With JW Marriott Hanoi Hotel serving as the venue, the event is anticipated to be held to international standards. The organization of this event is seen as an opportunity to further deepen the economic ties between Vietnam and Germany. German companies play a significant role in Vietnam's manufacturing and service sectors, and cultural exchange events like this can contribute to networking among business professionals and enhancing their understanding of the Vietnamese market.
