Hanoi Grants Construction Permit for Sunshine Group's $2 Billion Mega Urban Project

Hanoi City has officially granted a construction permit to Sunshine Group for its 'Noble Rivera' mega urban development project, with a total investment of $2 billion. Located along the West Thang Long Avenue, this permit marks the completion of legal procedures, paving the way for the project's official commencement with a target completion date before the end of 2028. The Noble Rivera project spans approximately 250 hectares of development land and 150 hectares of water landscape, positioning it as one of the largest riverside eco-cities in the western part of the capital. A notable feature is its unprecedented 11-kilometer riverfront, a scale rarely seen in Hanoi's real estate developments. The project introduces exclusive riverside villas for the elite, with residences up to 2,500 square meters, equipped with private pools, expansive gardens, and personalized services. It also boasts over 100 integrated resort, wellness, commercial, sports, and cultural facilities powered by AI technology, including a 5-star clubhouse, riverside park, yacht harbor, and international schools. The issuance of this permit coincides with Hanoi's accelerated efforts to complete the West Thang Long Avenue, a strategic transportation corridor slated for completion in 2027. Upon completion, this avenue is expected to significantly reduce travel time from Hanoi's western areas to the city center, fostering regional development. Sunshine Group, which owns several large-scale projects along this avenue, anticipates that Noble Rivera will substantially enhance the value of the surrounding area.
