Cambodia Urges International Community to Halt Cluster Bomb Use

Cambodia strongly urged an end to the use of cluster bombs and adherence to international humanitarian and human rights laws at a recent international conference in Laos. Heng Ratana, Director General of MACMAA, condemned past use by Thai forces on Cambodian territory, citing extensive civilian and infrastructure damage.
