Two Thai Men Arrested for Pattaya Hotel Safe Theft Exceeding One Million Baht

Pattaya Police have arrested two Thai men accused of breaking into a hotel room and stealing valuables worth more than one million baht from a Thai woman visiting from Phichit. The victim reported that her safe, containing gold, cash, and luxury bags, was compromised. The incident occurred around 11:26 PM on September 3rd. Lieutenant Colonel Suradech Imjai, an investigation inspector at the Pattaya City Police Station, along with Police Sub-Lieutenant Suradet Ponsri, led the investigation. Police believe the suspects committed the crime within the hotel premises and have apprehended both individuals. It is reported that some of the stolen items were recovered during the arrests. This incident highlights ongoing concerns about hotel security in the popular tourist destination of Pattaya.
